I have had this before just drop the weight and do what you can for a few weeks hopefully it subsides try slugging some painkillers to get through the workout
I down a Ultra Fuel on the carride home (100g carbs, alot of dextrose yum) and then its as much protein and vegs as I can stuff down in the next few hours b4 sleep
Damn I find slow negs on pullups to be nonproductive since I feel as its all biceps on the way down. I pretty much dont do them on pullups anymore. I go controlled but not super slow
