    Update on the injury. Today, I was squatting with just the bar. I think that's awesome considering I couldn't walk 48 hrs. before that. Tomorrow's ME squat day, so I'll do hella reps with the bar and band leg curls. I won't push it too hard, but I want to do what I can.
