Medicine is making great strides everyday. So, a cure can be had if we research hard enough. It is ALREADY at the point where it is no longer a death sentence, with normal life expectencies for those fortunate enough to obtain medicines.

take mondays off. this year instead of taking 5 days in a row off, I'm using one of my weeks, and taking 5 mondays plus using all personal days on mondays, so thats like 11 Mondays off....I hate mondays:(
I used to live in Morton Grove, and trained at the YMCA on Touhy in Niles. I dont know if the weight room in the basement is still there. But if it is you should check it out. All heavy free weight stuff, nothing fancy, just the smell of rubber and rusted iron!!
Everyone responds differently I think. For me push/pull works the best. I.E. I never would do back and bi's or Chest and Tri's in the same workout. What works for me is bi's/tri's, back and chest on other days. For me though, preacher curls are the best way to bomb the bi's up, and heavy...
yeah, its shape is defined probably by genetics. You have to work the whole chest as a 'whole'. I could probably get away with 20 pushups and it looks great, its genetics for me....but legs...Damn things wont grow!!!
