i would say give it time. the mail is real slow right now. worse then before. the company i work for usually gets a shit load of mail daily. for about a week we have not got much at all. snail mail have gotten slower if you can believe that.
skim is fine. what are you taking? you don't have to take it right after your workout. you can wait 20 minutes after your done for the shake. i found that using 1 cup of water instead of 2 makes it taste better and less watered down. add some strawberries or blueberries in the mix.
