Man i'm the same,tuna is way to dry for me and it takes along
time for me to get a 200 gram tin down.
The best way i got round this was to put 3 quarters of a glass
of water into a blender with it and blend the shit out of it,then all you have to do is knock it back.

do them really slow so mabey thats whats causing the bad ache

Bowl of just right 1 bananna 1 tablespoon of raw honey & a tin of tuna...all for breakfast
2 hours later 5 eggs 2 yolk
3 hours later whey isolate shake
2 hours later full small chicken and afew chips and mayo with 2 slices of bread

Dose this happen to anyone else after doing stiff leg deads,
after my third set my mid back aches really bad for about 15 to
30 minutes...it's not sharp pain just a real deep bad ache
and i feel like i'm gonna throw.

blender,it's a pain in the ass to clean but the powder i use won't
disolve with just using a spoon,nothing like dusty lumps choking the fuck out of you on the way down:(
