The amount of food it takes to get like that is unreal----It only costs anywhere between 25-40 grand to have there stomach reduced.....There just to lazy to have that done-------I mean really---parade one of them down main street of any city asking for donations to get there surgery done and they would be able to come up with the coin in no time----Problem solved!!!!

stomach stapling is very dangerous though. not only are these people's hearts totally screwed up - making any general anesthetic operation risky at best - but stomach stapling doesn't affect the appetite so they'll still have an insatiable emotional hunger ... and if they eat too much after their stomach is stapled, their stomach will collapse and they'll die . That said, they'll die if they keep stuffing their gullet anyway.

If I was in their position I have no idea what I'd do. I think I'd have stuck a gun in my mouth 400lbs before I reached that point.
