I just ate my first scoop of all natty peanut butter ever! and i must say its not bad! although it did seem a little harder to chew, my mouth is tired! i'm gonna give this diet a try!
How much would the results be altered if you used regular peanut butter instead of all natural peanut butter? I enjoy the taste so much better and the carbs/ protein didn't seem to be that much different?
I also seemed to get the "test Flu" but i didn't get mine until 3 weeks into a cycle and it always seemed to be in the middle of the night. I just kept popping advil.
