    i use carbolite vanillia bake mix (100cal 2gf/0c/20p. two scoops 1 pack stevia cinn. and 1/3 cup wheat bran. or you could add some oatmeal for more carbs. keto pancake syrup. You get like 5 pancakes, it also works well in a waffle maker
