help with diet please changed workouts from am to pm

I use to work out at 5 am and ate most of my carbs around that time
oats/protien before
protien and dex after and
protien and oats post post then switched over to protien and veg., and efa"s
for the rest of the day

now I have changed my workout time to 4pm and am a little confused on when to eat my carb meals. I cut out the dex post because of the insulin spike that late in the day and added more protien. but here lies the problem I am taking in the same amount of cals/carbs but am looking softer.
so how can I time my carbs better?

Bruh, you still NEED those carbs PWO for optimal recovery, or else you are shooting yourself and your gains/recovery/etc. in the foot!

Have your pwo meal as normal then have the PPWO meal. Make sure they are the right amounts for your stats/goals, and you have nothing to worry about as you have performed activity that DEMANDS you take in those nutrients. Very key!!

Absolutely! Thats the biggest thing I've learned from SC, it's crucial to at least get PWO carbs in no matter what.
