    I have that in my workout except that squat are with the hack squat machine. I use to do 2min pause between each set and when I feel more fatigued I put between these 2 exercices an other body part :) Daok

    Hello! I was woundering of what you think about the "401" techinc. For me "401" is 4 sec to go down and 1 sec to go up. It supposed to broke more fiber in the muscle and then to be better. What you think?

    PR 200lbs!!!!!

    :) I did tonight 200 Lbs on flat bench press!. 5 sets: 1 set at 190lbs= 8 rep 2,3,4 at 200lbs sets= 7 rep 5 set ar 200lbs= 5 reps I got helped for the last 2 rep of each set but it's the first time I go reach the 200lbs :) After that my arm were shaking and my pec were dead and my shoulder...

    In fact after 2 weeks you have only done 2 times the chest, and of course you need to continue. You have a nice progress and you should continue as BlkWS6 said. I think 5x5 workout do not need to be changed until you cannot increase your weight for some weeks. Daok

    I usually train after my supper so I always have a pre workout food but if I eat some meat I do not have the same amount of carbs that if it was pasta. SPATTS can you tell me how many grams of dextrose you use?
