    Thanks much for the advice. It is good to be on a board where people who know what they are talking about are willing to help. Much appreciated! As far as the HCG what is it and how does it help? BTY you are correct, the test is cypionate.

    Thanks for the advice but how do I avoid my levels getting to high, I am having blood tests every few months? My Doc is saying he is trying to get my levels to the high range of acceptable levels.

    No insurance, but money not really a problem. The test is cypionate 0.4 cc once a week.

    My Doc has me on 6 day a week 0.4 mg of genotropin. He recommends I stay on it for good. I am also on 1 shot of test per week. I am 45 yrs old and in good shape. Any one feel there could be any health concerns with this.

    I started at the end of May and my results have been great. Keep in mind that this is no quick fix, you still need to eat clean and workout on a consistant basis. If you follow the program as prescribed, I think you will be very pleased.

    I am a client of Dr Life at Cenegenics. You will probably be doing 1 shot of growth per day and 1 shot of test per week. Those guys are very good and keep a VERY close eye on your labs so you do not abuse.

    How long do you guys go before you take some time off your training. I am 45 yrs old in good shape and have been doing 6 day a week training for the last 9 months. I feel great, but am wondering if I should give myself a week off. Any opinions.
