    Yeah, im definatly done growing...ive been the same height since middle school... and my diet, training, and everything is great...i basically never miss a workout and i hardly ever eat bad...but yeah, im definatly set on it.

    Alright, i'm 5'10" at around 195 (pretty low bodyfat)... I'm at the gym at least 5 days a week (usually 6), and i've pretty much got dieting down (6/7 meals a day)... I'm thinking about running a cycle of sust250 and deca, but i'm not sure how long I should run the cycles for... can anyone help...
