    LOL. If this is to use as part of a recipe just go with all natural plain low to no fat yogurt. I like to cook alot of indian food and alot of their recipes ask for the meat to be marinaded in yogurt so I just use all natural non fat yogurt and it does the trick.

    What does it actually say on the label? I'm sure it doesn't just say "pure ephedrine". Also, it won't cure gyno. Thing is, do you actually have gyno which is actual breast tissue or do you have excess fat in the area? Some people confuse the two.

    Thanks guys. I'm pretty much maintaining this weight for the summer then i'll start a slow clean bulk in the fall to add about 15 pounds by spring then try and take half of that off by the start of the next summer. If I can add a good 5-7 pounds of muscle by next year at this time i'm happy.

    I find that doing heavy back work incorporates the biceps enough to the point where when i work biceps all i do is some light "sculpting".
