i took my first shot of sus. last sat. shot didnt hurt that much. and i've havent experienced any flu like systems...but then again its only been 4 days...what does your sus. look like?

i spent a good time yesturday reading and i got the just of it all..the one diffrence i see is how much to take and when to take it....i weight 160lbs. and i've been working out for awhile..i dont know bf but it cant be anymore the 5%...this is what i was thinking about doing...1st week...
