    Bands could be good but I agree with blut wump, try adopting a more strongman odd object type routine. Logs, barrels, kegs, cars, big tires, concrete rope, dirt, rocks whatever. Pick that shit up, throw it around then rest and repeat. Or try getting a day pass to a local gym or something.

    Oh I didn't know anybody 'wanted' to do things like that. Thought they were more of a...just good enough fit to pay the bills type thing. That is really cool though if that is something that he aspired to do. I think everyone should chase their goals/dreams!
