    How much are you lifting? Those look like 25s on the bar to me, you should try to use 45s or raise the plates your using so they're the same height as 45s.

    Dips-Lats doing more work when reps get hard

    When I do dips as the reps get harder I feel like the lats start working more and take work off the pecs. Is this normal, or if its bad form, is there any way to correct it? Thanks for any help

    Barbell shrugs-Torso upright or bent forward slightly?
