I would recomend staying off and letting your htpa recover.

Is it worth it? The only one that can answer that is you. What is your age? Its always hard to come off when you have just completed a successfull cycle, but we all have to come off sometime.

Do to the volume I do on my back day would it be ok to go home for a few hours after training back and come back and hit the biceps. I just dont have the energy after training back to do biceps. Would this cause any harm?

Well I just spoke with my doc and he said that I do need to wait at least another week. He claims that something could rupture and cause massive bleeding which would be very bad. Think I'll just wait and see how it goes. Thanks for the help guys
