Not trying to hijack here, but how does this recipe look? It is just pudding packet, water amount from the directions and a couple scoops of protein powder?
So I'm basically on a cutting/maintenace type eating plan right now and i'm coming up about 500 calories short.

I too believe it is an individual thing, but I will tell you that I definitely noticed HUGE pumps on it and my strength has gone up a considerable amount as well. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Just finished my first bottle on bulking cycle at about 4000 calories a day. I have gained 10 lbs so far and my waist size has stayed the same. I feel like I'm getting leaner while bulking. Its amazing stuff!
Thanks a million guys, I really appreciate the help! I have been using fit day to calculate this stuff so far and it has really helped. I am gonna tweak it a little more with your suggestions and hopefully come out with the right plan for me. :D
