I did a routine exactly like this with one exception i did shoulders alone. I went from 205 to 220 and maintained a 15%bf. However at the that point in time I stayed away from gear.
This is a first for me......Ever time I inject into my leg I get a bruise. Im using a little bit shorter needle than usual(1in) my question is-Are the brusing a sign that it is not working or getting into my system?:confused:
Monday -BACK AND BICEPS
Back-Deadlifts 4 sets, Bent rows 3sets
Biceps-pick two excersises 3 sets
ABS - a variety of different crunches (6 different positions x 25 reps)
CARDIO - 20 mins of skipping rope and 15 mins of jogging
Tuesday- off
Wednesday - Leg day Cardio
Thursday - off
Friday...
This thread sparked my interest being that im exactly 6' 2". Trust me when I say this, keep bulking. It will pay off, even when pro bb are bulking they put on fat, it s just nature. If i were you id bulk up to 225 and cut here about May. Currently im 6'2" 230 14.5%bf looking to add 5lbs more...
I've been training with a partner for 1yr, and have made GREAT gains. However he has to move due to job. I have a question: What type routine for chest can I use until i find another partner so I will keep building??I was thinking hammer strength and dbells. Any suggestions for chest or a program?
