I've been personal training in a major US city for over 5 yrs and let me give you some tips:
Don't start unless you live in an affluent area. NYC or SF are examples. People with money will spend money.
Get either the ACSM or the NSCA-CSCS and a degree in the field. These alone will...
If you are in it for a career, I'd think AF or Navy would be nice. Army/USMC wouldn't be too good due to the many deployments and training exercises.
If you are in it just to earn some cash for college and have some adventure, then hell, choose infantry, go airborne and try out for Ranger...
1000 calories/day...be prepared to have your metabolism slow down like crazy, bro. Throw in about 100g of carbs in there and you will feel much better, believe me.
I'd disagree with you here. In high school, around 25% of athletes juice. In college, it is around 50%. When you get to the pros, the figure is around 75%-90%. Believe me when I tell you that 99% of all Olympic athletes are on some type of performance enhancement drug (not necessarily...
I've been involved in the sports world and most take Winny. Winny affects the fast twitch fibers, which have the most impact in sports. A lot of strength athletes I've seen took deca for some reason (maybe due to its availability). So when you see an athlete flunk a drug test, its usually due...

both works in creating a calorie deficit but dieting does more damage to the metabolic rate than cardio. Cardio has so many more benefits as well. I would rather do tons of cardio and eat like I'm bulking than to starve. FUCK THAT SHIT.
Back in the 90's there was a trainer/guru who trained a lot of pros down in Thousand Oaks CA (I forget his name). Anyways he was a pretty famous guy in bodybuilding circles and one of his methods to get a guy to lose BF and stay as muscular as possible was actually to have him eat above...
1. The body doesn't start burning fat until 15 minutes into your cardio
2. Carbs at night make you fat
3. Leg extensions to add separation in the quads
4. Behind the neck pulldowns to get a better contraction
5. Hundreds of crunches to give you a six pack
5. Roids are deadly
Many of the newer Rangers are indeed 19-20. To get into the Ranger Battalion, you need Basic training, jump school, then Ranger indoctrination program (all in all about 25 weeks worth of training). After you've proven yourself in a Ranger unit you go to the actual RANGER SCHOOL and become an...
