    Thanks for the info ColJ, how high are most football players vert? I understand it takes years to get your vetical jump up there, but I am ready to train for it. I want to worry more about speed and explosion though, as I will probably need those more. Thanks again.

    I expect it, I even started with my bf just a tad to high, around 11-12%, but I didn't want to wait to cut it down, and its the holidays so I just went with it.Next time I am going to get down to atleast 8-10 before I bulk.

    Ok, thanks. That comes out to 1800 calories for the weekends, will that be to much of a drop from my 3000 calories bulk? I don't want to lose or stop any gains that I have, what would be best? Will bulking on the weekend help build more muscle or will it just goto my gut?
