First time bulking, have a question....

Unfortunatly part of a good bulking program is getting a little chubby, it's very normal for anyone to gain a bit of fat but with that fat comes muscle. Almost NOONE can gain alot of muscle without a noticeable bit of fat, most body builders look like fat tanks on the off contest season, (look in any muscle magazine under the before and after pictures of fat loss drugs, those guys are ALL bodybuilders in their off contest season, its not like you cant tell, they have huge chests and huge shoulders just a little chubby) ignore the fat; unless all you're gaining is fat.

Just remember not to fuck up the cutting cycle, you don't want any unneccesary muscle loss. Check out crumbcakes ultimate diet when you decide to cut up.

Thanks, I understand I will gain some fat. I expected it, but what I gained wasn't fat. I did deads yesterday and sweated my ass off, woke up this morning as thin as I was monday. Just water weight thanks for all the tips guys!

Ok, thanks. That comes out to 1800 calories for the weekends, will that be to much of a drop from my 3000 calories bulk? I don't want to lose or stop any gains that I have, what would be best? Will bulking on the weekend help build more muscle or will it just goto my gut?

That's fine, you're very close to BMR w/ the 1800, it's because of your weight. It's not too much because you're not doing it for the next 2 years, just a few days. You will not "lose" gain you have, that's ludicrous. How will the weekend go to your gut?

Goto my gut because I won't be working out, just ingesting 3000 cals of food.
