    I just finished reading one of Arnolds lifting books, and he said that when he squatted, he would keep his legs shoulder length apart, toes pointing out a little, and go to the floor. I think that this is harder on the knees though. What do u think about this compared to a wider squatting...

    My biceps are pretty big, and i am gonna start a new excersize called 21's. U do 7 reps half way up, 7 reps from half way to the top, and then 7 full reps. Have any of u tried this, and did u notice any results? thanks

    Im planning on doin 1 cycle of d-bol this summer with clomid at the end, for an advantage in football. Im not gonna inject, besides telling me to do that, can any of u tell me what kind of d-bol cycles have worked for them and what to do at the end to keep all of the strength gians? thanks guys.
