i wouldnt shake it. maybe filter and then see what you got. if you dont i wouldnt worry about it, i've heard many people just use it as is and have not had a problem with it.

depend's on which kit your using. i only use "A's" kit which gives you all of the instructions, very easy. IMO

fina how are you getting 50mgs e/d? injecting? most kits deliver 75mgs. i hope you are converting as it is the best way of delivery. for the most part fina will increase hardness and give some gains, i would stack that fina with winny for best results and to limit gyno from the progestrone...

time on should equal time off for cycle's. using prop for the added test is also a good idea as stated above, also being gyno prone fina can cause this very easily, not by converting to estrogen but it converts to progesterone which in turn raises IGF-1 levels assoatied with growth of breast...
