Definitely get yourself or the girl in mind over to the women's board and ask your questions. Also spend some time searching any just about any AS you have in mind and women (e.g. anavar, women). WarLobo has posted some great threads and the girls have discussed this topic to great extent. The main point is that even if you are the master stacker & a guy, don't even attempt to apply what you know to setting up something for a girl. Unless of course you want to be dating a girl who is hung bigger than you....
