I meant I was below 120/80 so my bp was at normal or better. I'm only 25 so high bp usually isn't a concern normally for people my age. However you are right in saying I should have checked my vitals precycle but I didn't. I eat pretty healthy and work out too. I'm going to watch it though...

I'm was on week 9 of a cycle of tritest and I had a trip to Vegas come up I couldn't pass up. I have been injecting once a week but while I was away I missed an injection. Is the end of my cycle going to be effected taking a shot of test 5-7 days...
Think about it like this. Divide what you can bench/squat/whatever by with your current weight and compare that with what you used to do (using same ratio). Many times individuals who lose weight when dieting are lifting more per pound of body weight than when they weighed more.
I really screwed up my elbow and couldn't workout for a month for it to stop hurting from arm-wrestling. Win or lose it puts a unnatural strain on your ligaments.
Also as noted above you are prob overtraining with the routine you have outlined above.
Advice: No more arm wrestling ever...
Few suggestions:
1) Think about adding close grip bench and skull crushers for triceps. I would also consider normal deadlifts for bulking.
2) IMO I would split out biceps or triceps to work another day because thats a lot for one day if your bulking so I would think about biceps on another...

I have read research that high-fructose corn syrup like that found in most sweet foods now is not a good insulin spiker. Look for some gummi candy with dextrose (the best for spiking insulin post workout) or sugar free jelly with malodextros. Also for complex carbs vitargo if you can afford it...
I actually got her to join my gym with me about a month ago and I have been training her. I always give her positive feedback and tell her how attracted I am when she goes and works out hard and eats good. She is definitely concious of her weight and I think she is really loving the results...
yes i agree if they are real...and a lot of the stuff they used to sell otc were pretty strong but i don't know about that anymore. are you talking about stuff you have to get illegally then yes pct is a good idea like it is for real steroids
