    Are you waching your salt intake?..very important. If not, try reducing your sodium intake, it may negate having to take diurectics as it may have some detrimental effects on your strength gains.

    I appreciate your comment. However, before making it, do you understand the dif between 350 mg. of ephedra (8% ephidrine) vs. ephidrine on the beta 2 receptors? Please educate yourself....would be happy to enlighten you.

    I use it quite extensively for cutting. Works well. Don't pay any more than $50 Canadian for it. Ingredients are as follows: 375mg Ephedra 375mg Kola Nut 50mg White Willow Bark 400mcg Cromium Picolinate Hope that helps.
