I have to agree with Glootz. If the outergarments are appropriate then the undergarment issue become a moot point. I am wearing a thong as I write this under a pressed shirt, tie and dress slacks so......
Much of calf development is genetics but try standing calf raises and sitting calf raises. Most importantly, continue on your reps until you feel them burn!:bawling:
Calves are alot of genetics IMHO so if you had them at one time, you should get them again. Try doing both standing and seated calf raises AND do them until your calves burn :bawling:
