    Yes, a 500 kcal meal would be fine. Obviously though, you'd not want to absorb this all at once, so I wouldn't use a protein shake for this. Lean Steak or Pork would be a much better option as it would take longer to digest. - RMR(resting) is more accurate, but more of a pain to figure out...

    I'm an Irish mutt :) I try to aviod the sun because I burn easy and it hurts my eyes, but being in the marines, I don't have a choice.
