mine is pretty much the same story,quit the booze and the herb lost a lot of friends but now i would not have changed a thing. good job

i would go with the cardio and try to eat as clean as possible

i took it in college when i neede to say up and cram all night but often i found myself just cleaning my apartment like i had ocd, never mind adhd
