    How many weeks clean before jumping back on??

    I stay off for about 4-6 weeks, this makes sure I`m clean for at least 3-4 weeks and enough time for my receptors to clean up.

    Insulin and T3

    Is it a bad idea to take thyroid hormones at same time as taking insulin. I`ve read that T3 pay inhibit the anabolic effects of the insulin.:rolleyes:

    take proviron when you feel the signs of gyno(ie. sensitive nipples). 25-50mg per day is enough to block estrogen. Combined with Nolvadex there is even more estrogen blockage.

    Dbol or anadrol? pros -cons

    i would go for Dianabol instead of Anadrol. It`s far less toxic but is still very effective. Don`t kill your organs with the really toxic 17AA orals just do a bit of Dbol on you`ll be good.

    shot in the quad

    Fu@K me don`t inject SUS in your delt as it`ll hurt so much you won`t sleep at night. I did it twice and will never do it again. I think 2cc is the max you should do in any one area. I always do shots in my quads.

    Developing lower outer chest

    I have the same problem, my lower chest needs more work than any other part. What I found works is flat bech and bringing the bar to your nipple level. As it is quite common for people to use their delts too much on flat bench.

    Increase you protein intake bro. As you get bigger you`ll be needing more to feed your muscle.

    How many here are loners in the gym?

    A good training partner will make you do weights you`d never try on your own! He`ll push you to your limits which is hard to decide where your limit is by yourself. This does not mean that you cannot get big training alone as some pros do this.
