Although I don't do front squats regularily, I think they are great for isolating quads. They allow me to go super deep comfortably, and they spare my back if it is torn up. In fact, I have yet to go heavy on front squats and feel a thing in my back.

They dont skip. Plus you dont' spend tons of cash on memory cards. MiniDisks are cheaper and more convenient. You can also record mixing sessions with a mini disk player, and then save that to your pc.

When I start out after a long layoff I only tan once every 3 or 4 days to get the skin started on a light base tan. After about 2-3 weeks of that I up it to tanning once every 2 days. I will continue that schedule until I peak out and cant get any darker. Then I bump it up to two days of back...

I'm doing 100mg EOD now. I'm just in my second week and I feel increased intensity and energy in the gym. Also gained about 4 lbs so far. I can't wait to see what happens in the next 6 weeks. BTW... no sides noticed yet.
