MY current bulking main menu. Eat at least 6 bowls a day. 1 cup raw uncooked oatmeal, 1.5 cup shreaded wheat, 1 cup grape nuts. 1/2 cup rasins, 2 tbs natty pb, 1/2 banana, 1 spoon full of sugar free jelly, 2 cups milk, 6 packs splenda. Best meal ive ever eaten, and around 1,500 clean cals per bowl.
