lol, thanx. but like with training and intensity I take that to eating.... as soon as I feel I can squeese in a bit more food then I do. I also think it's cause I am REALLY focusing my eating as aposed to just "eating alot" I mean, I am planning every meal and eat it in an order like oatmeal...
