    Hey, i posted a thread earlier about my friend having short achille tendons so when he goes down for a squat he loses balance or has to go on his toes, he does his sauats with his heels on platess and he says it feels alot better, he hardly ever did squats until i told him he has to find a way...

    cool, yeah my goals too put on muscle and lose this belly fat i got, im running in the mornings but also eating 6meals a day, good proteins and carbs and fats, not running everyday but i think a decent amount a week to get me losing fat aswell as doing weights 4times a week, sometimes 5

    I run on a empty stomach in the morning on tuesdays,Wednesdays and thursdays I do weights Mondays Tuesdays Wednesday Thursdays and rest friday saturday and sunday is that good?
