You don't. That's kind of like asking how to convert lbs to square feet. 1ml = 1cc. If something is 250mg/ml then: 2ml (ie 2CCs) will yield 500mg.

Hey Bro: Yep, like everybody else said, that's normal. Here's what I like to do. If you can schedule your workout as such, do legs (especially squats) on the day of your injection. That's what I do and my ass is so sore the next day from squats that I can barely tell I injected. Just my $.02.
