    What is this bloat you speak of? As long as I eat oats twice a day (breakfast and pre workout), and drink plenty of water, I do not experience any discomfort.

    beef. fish. veggies, and a gallon of WHOLE milk a day and you will not be stuck at the same weight. I throw in lots of rice too for the calories. "chicken and brown rice with supplements" kept me at the same weight too.
