    Dextrose and Daily Carb Count

    Do you count your post workout shake w/Dextrose as part of your daily carb count? I thought that I read somewhere that since the dextrose was going directly twoards refilling depleted glycogen stores, used during the workout that it wouldn't count aginst your daily carb count.     No, on my diet I'm not worried about getting into keto. I'm on about 100 carbs a day. I just dont want insulin spikes, so that everything I eat in a meal will be stored as fat, exactly what I'm trying to loose.

    Thanks Hodge I just got back from the Market, buying some of the low-carb tortillas. I had 6oz's of ground beef, 1/4 a cup of shreded cheddar cheese, a couple of peices of lettuce, and about a tbspn of Miracle whip. Wrapped it all up in a tortilla, and I was in heaven!!!! Thanks bro.
