I did hang cleans for the first time today. I'm pretty sure my form is good (based on exercise descriptions and videos) but I'm not 100% sure. I've never seen anyone at my gym do them. Is there anything thing I need to keep in mind? Any tips?
Anyone do them? I've read your supposed to exhale completely and suck in your stomach. Are you supposed to hold your breath as you hold or do you breath?
I've ben doing the following on leg day
5x5 squats
2-10 leg press
2-10 leg extentions
5x5 sldl
2-10 leg curl
Would it be too much lower back work if I replaced leg press with sumo deads? I already do conventional deads with back and I'm willing to get rid of sldl too...

I'm thinking about doing incline bench with dbs as my main 5x5 chest exercise. Anyone use dbs for 5x5? How would you add weight every workout? 5 lbs seems like a lot....
