    10 X 3 vs. 3 x 10?

Is 10 X 3 considered speed work? I thought it was just 10 regular sets. Here's what i read from t-nation The Waterbury Method Get Big. Get Strong. Get On With It! by Chad Waterbury Mighty 10 x 3 If I could only use one set/rep parameter for the rest of my training days, I'd choose the 10 x...

    10 X 3 vs. 3 x 10?

I just read that performing 10 sets of 3 reps is more beneficial that 3 sets of 10 reps. The point of the article was that the total number of reps is what matters and not the number of sets. Has anyone had success with this approach? If I incorporate 10 X 3 for my "main" excercise, would i...

    Hang Cleans?

I did hang cleans for the first time today. I'm pretty sure my form is good (based on exercise descriptions and videos) but I'm not 100% sure. I've never seen anyone at my gym do them. Is there anything thing I need to keep in mind? Any tips?

This is where I got it from... The Dead Zone The Top 10 Deadlifting Mistakes and How to Fix Them by Dave Tate Mistake #7: Training with multiple reps Next time you see someone doing multiple reps on the deadlift, take note of the form of each rep. You'll see the later reps look nothing like...

everyone who does multiple rep deadlifts...

Do you do multiple reps (touch the ground lightly and come up again) or do you set the weight down completely, setup again, and left from a dead stop? I've read somewhere that it's better to do 1 set of 10 reps as 10 sets of 1 rep. What do you think?

    5x5 with dbs?

I'm thinking about doing incline bench with dbs as my main 5x5 chest exercise. Anyone use dbs for 5x5? How would you add weight every workout? 5 lbs seems like a lot....
