    yea I usually lift when I'm moderately sick, but when I get home I either feel better or feel like shit.

    How do you guys train or eat when your sick. Cuz you know sometimes food is the last thing on your mind and so is lifting. Just wondering how you adjust your diet and schedule around being sick...??
