    Books

    Man, LoTR + The Hobbit is a must if you are into fantasy even just to pay your dues... read it 15 years ago. The Movie WAS GREAT!!!     Hey, I train my forearm 2 times a week during my Biceps workout. I Do 4 set of 8 raps of hammer curls with 40lb.
