I currently train Chest with biceps and do 4 exercices for each body part
same with shoulders and triceps, and same again with legs and back ( I don't train shoulders with legs because it's supposed to be less effective)
My reps are usually 12 - 10 - 8 -6 but I was told 8-6 reps were far...
I bought some fish oil today as didn't find any primoil, I don't suppose it will have the same effect on me but would you recommend primoil ,what will it do to the body?

Alright then.
I'm aware that once you stop your cycle and PCT cycle it goes down but as long as I keep roughly half my gains on a regular basis ( thanks to hard trainging and good nutrition), I'll be happy with that.
Your right though, it's better to know about it ALL as health is precious...
