I feel sust very quickly. Day two or three.Though i do here alot of bros saying it takes then 2 to 3 weeks to start to feel the full effects. I guess to each his own. It effects every one differently.

I got to say that YES is a great fat loss product. Been using for 5 weeks with fantastic results. Cant vouch enough for this stuff!!!!
