Still getting used less carbs.
I usually have 2 eggs in the morning, maybe some bacon, after my workout
Chicken w/ some sort of salad for lunch. Or lean brisket.
Chicken/fish for dinner w/ steamed vegetables (zuchinni usually)
Only 3 meals, working on adding the other three - protein shakes...
