get the powder form of glutamine, its cheaper than the pill form. You should take at least 10 grams a day divided in two doses, with one dose before bed to aid in recovery during sleep.

I get that way after bent over rows, usually have to grab on to the power rack when i'm done until the blood returns to my head. The reults are worth the pain though!!!

I woudn't boil it, I've used Ultragan several times and have had no problems with it. I think boiling it will ruin it.

I just got off of a cycle with 400mg of test and 200mg of EQ (Ultragan) a week and had really good results. I think a little EQ goes a long ways.
