should go heavier on squats to increase power. Focus on getting your 5 rep maxes of squat and clean up, and practice jumping for height. don't do a shitload of easy box jumps, do really high box jumps for sets of like 8.
i read an article by some famous powerlifter, can't remeber who, but steroids work much better for size gain rather than strength gain so I would probably do a meathead style high volume workout while on, then when u come off stick to 5x5. Deff start each workout heavy though but steroids deff...
