Ya okay but my goal is not to get to 200 lbs.. If thats u stevesmi in that picture i dont want to look like that no offence. Im dont want to look like some juice head. I just want to get to 170-175 lbs cut
My workout routine:
Monday- chest
Tues- shoulders
Wed - rest
Thursday- bicep/tricept
Fri- back
Sat- rest
Sunday- legs/full body
I spend about 45 min 1 hr at the gym. Usually 5-6 different exercises. But i lift heavy, till my muscles r dead.
Its alright.... I appreciate the critism...at least its honest.
Ive already bought the dbol so ill probably take it away just to see what happens... 1 cycle wont kill me... I just want to figure out the best possibly way to keep the mass
I think my died and trainig is decent... I eat about 2500 cal a day. Mix with decent amount of protein. I drink a lot of isoflex. I hit the gym 4-5 days regularly a week. Ive just always had a high metobilsm.
So ur sayin i wont retain any of the weight from the bdol and anavar cycle? Doesnt...

Im looking to start my 1st cyle of dbol 30mg ed. For 4-5 weeks. Then do anavar 20mg ed. 4 weeks.
Can anyone tell me if this is a good 1st time user cycle.
