i havent been... only because im only up to 60... today... but starting tomorrow im a spliting 40mcg 6am/1.5 taurine& 40mcg noon/1.5 taurine
Is that the right way?
oh... forgot to tell ya'll... I up'ed to 60 today along with my new taurine... and.. i had the shakes for a little while... but... it was gone... and now i feel no sides at all... this is great... i do notice that i am REALLY hungry... but keeping the tight diet... had 2 bites of an apple pie...
Breakfast-egg whites, and oatmeal
snack-apple
lunch-tuna and brown rice
snack- baby carrots
after work out - protein shake low sodium low sugar
dinner- 2 chicken breast boneless/skinless & mixed veggies..
consume about a gallon of water a day
so im up to 50 mcg's... no real bad sides... i think maybe im uping my doses too slowly.. tomorrow im doing 60, then friday im uping to 80...

Alright im up to 40mcg's... hands are a little shakier today... feeling great... no real bad sides...i sleep just fine, but i guess that could be because i dose early 6:30 am... My workout was great yesturday...
My increments are in 10 mcg's... So far so good ;)
