Just curious about how many of you yanks would play League if you had the chance? Being that you don't wear all the armour and helmets and stuff in league.
Abdominal roll out - VERY HARD
Stand with you feet shoulder width apart
put your hands in a diamond shape on a swissball
roll the swiss ball out so that you feet are in the same position, your body is almost horizontal and your elbows are now on the ball.
with out moving your feet, power back...
Usually only sore for 1 or 2 days if I put something new in a workout, but I did deadlifts 5 days ago and my back is still killing me, although it got worse each day for 2 days and now each day its not so bad.
I am 27, live in Sydney Australia. I work out twice a day 4 days per week and once a day 2 days per week. I have one day a week where I try to rest as much as possible.
