In a nut shell I want to know if there is anything stronger than creatine that will improve my abilty to train harder for longer. thus achieving my goals faster.

There just seems to be so much information out there it feels like i'm venturing into a new world that I know nothing about.

by current BF is so high because I've been very lazy over the last couple of months.

i am very fortunate that i have a high metabolism (ecto-morph body type) and in spite of my sedentary behavior of late my weight has remained constant...

I left the weights room and switch to calisthenics a few years ago now and have had better results with less joint soreness.
so my weight training consists of exercises such as hand stand press ups, pull ups, dips etc
